AIRPORT INFORMATION
Book your plane tickets – Springfield airport (SPI) is a small airport served primarily by American airlines, and is located under 10 minutes drive (~5 miles) from the convention venue.
Shuttle will be provided courtesy AOA for airport to hotel transfer.
St. Louis airport (STL) is the next nearest airport with the maximum range of airlines services and is about ~80 minutes drive from the convention venue. Easy car and shuttle services are available from STL airport. Other nearby airports in about 45-75 minutes driving range from convention venue are 1) Peoria 2) Bloomington-Normal and 3) Decatur airport. These have relatively limited services per day but are served by United, American and Delta Airlines.

Book your hotel room
The cut-off date to book the discounted rate is July 24, 2024, at which time the above link will deactivate. We strongly recommend booking the hotel as soon as possible! It is also the Illinois state fair weekend in Springfield and majority of hotel is otherwise sold out.
If you opt to arrive early or extend your stay beyond the conference, you may utilize the discounted hotel rates for several days preceding or following the conference. The rates are valid for stays between Aug 6th and Aug 14th, 2024.
